There won't be any alternative deal offered. If the no vote goes through Odin will be delisted as it has already been insolvent for quite some time. gridComm will find another way to list, though will no doubt be annoyed.
Think about it - to get a better deal you would need to organise a spill of the directors whilst simultaneously neogtiating a new deal with gridComm who would most likely walk anyway as there are plenty of other shells.
Neither gridComm nor Odin Energy can be held responsible for the persistent and blatant upramping that has occurred here on HC for past 9 months. They are not responsible for what people pay for their shares either.
Also keep in mind that the directors have in a sense done you a favour by increasing the underlying equity value of your shares in an insolvent company to something that will be positive after relisting.
