Why do you say no alternative deal will be offered. If it falls through gridcomm suffer to with no access to capital they need. As for relisting i dont think they can ipo or they probably would have and any other company they want to do a deal with like odn would now be subject to new rules there easiest cheapest and best option would be to offer more i would think.
