With no other partnerships currently secured IF Telefonica get wind of this and decide to renege on the current agreement then that's the end of Airpocket. Without the SMS campaign to Telefonica's users we'd be dead in the water. I guess that's the gamble one has to be willing to take. If I were Alex I'd be pushing really hard to get that SMS campaign kicked off before they change their minds. If a million people decide to download the app then chances are they won't back out but with the current downloads sitting at 100-500 pulling out of the deal now wouldn't be a concern for them.
