The raising was for AUD $32 million. You can see the effect of this in the 4C at item 1.15 "Proceeds from issues of shares, options, etc.".

Your (US$2M) and US$12M figures don't match anything in the 4C. The closest I could come up with are Net Operating Cashflow for the quarter (US$1.635M) vs Receipts from customers for the year US$12.426M. This is a meaningless comparison. Were you referring to some other numbers in the 4C that I misssed?
