I agree Rayza.
I recently discovered that a company had put up marketing material for a product made by a company I hold shares in. They had been in negotiations and jumped the gun. When the negotiations fell through they neglected to take the marketing down which lead to all kinds of confusion for shareholders.
The point is in Enerji's case it is the party that is in the prime position to say yea or na who are the ones to have gone out on the limb to advertise the partnership. This can only be seen as a positive sign.
