Yes, disappointingly broken, but not fully, it all depends on news flow as you have stated.
I would think buyers are expecting the release of the renewed due diligence to be this week, failure to provide that may probably deteriorate the price further. However, if they supply use with this, it should hopefully re-rate slightly.
Personally, I topped up slightly at these levels, I am expecting a valuation of 80 cents as a baseline when announcement of mining license and revenue hits.
