De-listing

I would like to keep holding TSM and not sell into the buy-back.
Pound will go up again and I think their UK future is bright.
Also don't want to left with a small parcel.

Does anyone know how easy / difficult it is to keep them? Do you have to set up an account with an UK broker or can you hold them using a local broker like Comsec??

My entire own portfolio is ASX listed with a local online broker.
