NO, it was to confirm what they are doing is real, and that they have a real business, and it is going to make $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$, keeping the market informed.
I beleive before the likes of Bell potter get involved, they would of done due diligence and combed QTK to the nth degree, before being a lead manager / participant of a placement, do you not think.
