In the same way as NST I would think, plus the return for the second project is much higher being a 6 x ATEN 4 9.6 MW install.
From these 2 installs alone you would be looking at return of approximately 8 - 10 mill a year.
Also once the first is up and running government grants, bank loans, green funding grants and so on.
Every company starts out with dept, it's having a product that works and delivers that is the key.
That is the potential ECM can see and why they are / will be on board.
