    I'm just guessing:
    Director buys shares a couple of times, pumps up the stock price from .7 to 1.1 - 60%
    Trading halt - Capital raising!
    We will sell you some more shares cheap at say .8 , big discount to market price.
    Kinda puts you off the whole buying shares thing.
