well I doubt that , landore should or would have taken cash and not shares ...the reason they took shares is they know the real value ....also pretty cheap 500,000 shares for the consultant he must of thought his work was worth it....to take just 500,000 shares at these prices....even at 3 cents it is only 15k ...cheers
