I have no legal background. However I suspect Gam has the rights not the asset acquired by min. To acquire the rights, min may have to buyout Gam. And the courts may give pls to buyout Gam at the same price if it can be proved that min is a competitor and is trying to delay the project development or is seeking confidential information that could leave pls worse off
