Does anyone know what the tin price has done in the last week (and, related to that, does anyone know a good place to get tin price information in real time for free [there's an LME app but I'd rather not pay!])?
I'm optimistic about what's coming out. Hopefully the decision to defer the last round of funding deals is vindicated by what we get now. Two good indicators for me are: 1) we have a dealmaker on the board with international experience in **rielle Moeller (who, according to the A/R, turns up to board meetings, which is good); 2) we've got tin consumers, traders and smelters on the register: all parties who need tin and probably aren't too keen on their businesses being dependent on 'tin-pot' (bad pun) and/or illegal supply from Indonesia and Myanmar.
This is a 'blue sky' aspect, but there's also some interesting things happening in terms of tin R&D, which was covered in one of the ITRI presentations someone kindly posted here; a Queensland operation called Nano-Nouvelle is doing some interesting things in this space.
Anyway, bring on the announcement and make us some bloody money already!
