2. "Eligible shareholders will be sent a copy of the prospectus document and a personalised application form and will be offered a top up facility to participate in any shortfall that may arise from the rights issue."

IMO there will be a good opportunity to load up than just the 1 for 4 shares held, unless the gold price takes off dramatically, which I am counting on after the FOMC meeting tonight in the US.
