re: warden s decision just released I read it looked good to me .Granted all that CAZ asked. gave caz the right to argue that the warden erred in granting RIO tenements time after time when they just sat on it,yet when caz staked their claim it was taken off them in the public interest presumably meaning that it is in the public interest to leave it untouched!! I think RIO and the warden have a problem here. As to why it went down, I really dont know, may be day traders exiting other fish to fry, still a while before the appeal which will now happen before the Wardens next look at it . Hope this is of some help.
