Well said. My opinion is your opinion.
The saving grace (if there is one) on this bad result is the new directors will have had a chance to get "their feet under the desk" so to speak. I am guessing by now they have had their WTF moment or things will soon dawn on them.
Maybe, just maybe, a further run of outs will give them the justification they need to act.
