    Plenty of succesful mines in PNG. So Port Moresby has some rough neighbourhoods - noone is planning to mine in Moresby. No need to even stop through there on the way through from Oz.

    Government is very encouraging, and neighours will be all smiles given decent jobs and no toxic waste spills. Just ask some of the other mining companies: Teck, LHG etc.
