    July 27 (Reuters) - Zeta Petroleum PLC (ZTA) :

    • Capital raising and board changes (ZTA)
    • Will undertake a renounceable rights issue to raise up to $1.08 million
    • Issued 1.8 million new ordinary fully paid cdis raising $108,000 pursuant to signing of placing agreement with transcontinental group
