Can anyone clarify how the show of hands thing goes down? From my limited understanding anyone who holds any stock can turn up at Perth office and their pudgy hand counts as one vote regardless if they have 10k or 10m shares? Is it only when hands indicate a split does it fall to the counting of proxy forms based on actual numbers of shares held?
