I have since occasionally inquired of Glyn about where we're at with this, and have got only vague answers. Yet here we are, the company in the last 2 years continuing to press the United States patent office for allowance of their oral care patent application, paying large sums of money to their American patent attorneys to secure the grant of the patent because the company obviously sees some commercial benefit. I have drawn the inference that trials have continued to be conducted in secret (at the demand of the relevant OBJ partner) and we will hear more about this in due course no doubt. All IMHO.

UPDATE. Oral Care patent application ALLOWED by the US Patent Office just today (or yesterday, depending on your world perspective)!
