I found this while looking for other information.

I wonder how much vertical lift Ceto 6 would need to withstand as compared to the earlier versions of Ceto?

"The DEPUTY CHAIR — Do they need to be on a solid substrate?  You would need to have rock substrate underneath them; is that the plan?

Mr ALLEN — It really just comes down to the site-specific requirements. You can design the foundation in many forms. The simplest form of foundation is the drilled and grouted pile, which then obviously needs a substrate of some type of rock, and then, depending on the consistency added, how deep you have to put the pile. We have looked at the option as well for the site that we are currently deploying out in Western Australia of just using a gravity base. You can go for a gravity base if it is a deep, sandy bottom. There are increased challenges in terms of logistics and getting the gravity base out, because it is a really large base; we need to withstand about 120 tonnes of vertical lift."
