does MDR read the stuff here?
as a medical practitioner, i would like to offer some suggestions into the features the app can support.
firstly, concerning the elderly - many of them have polypharmacy problems which can affect compliance. to combat this i would like to recommend a scheduling thign where the phone can create a notification of when to take what drug.
secondly, adverse effects/contrainidications - although its a big effort, maybe sometime down the track - there would be some way to database common contraindications. This would be highly appreciated and makes the app feel more involved with health rather then just a tracking application.
thirdly, if there is a way for patients to connect with practitioners after mutual connection (e.g. through QR code or unique key with request acceptance) so that patients can contact practitioners directly. I care for my patients and my management often spans for weeks and months and sometimes years beond.
