commentary stated the "police officer had his gun drawn " the officer also pepper sprayed the driver , but then allowed the driver to get away , why did the police officer not unload a couple of rounds into the tires instead of letting the car get away ?
Mind you in the heat of the moment hard to get it 100% right
In the long term a harder line will need to be drawn in the sand and those who ram a police car without stopping should expect being shot at rather than pepper spray being used
