    it is unlikely the options exercised were bought

    most of the options are owned by Hartley's clients, who got them for free

    since there are insignificant GPHO buyers on market, the Hartley's clients exercise them for 8 cents, sell the new shares for 10+ cents and make 2+ cents profit

    however, if you bought the options at 2 cents, there is no point exercising them since you pay an additional 8 cents and sell the new shares for 10 cents and make zero profit
