Thats becuase your not seeing the limitation of voip.
Its great for outgoing calls frim company HQ but what about when employees call the office from their mobiles ? Now that call us being charged at mobile rates. Voip only adresses 50% of the call volumed
What about when they call in their mobiles back overseas. Voip wont save you there either.
What about the fact that most companies currently have to provide a handset. Corona gts fixes that prob too.
Look at the interface on most voip offerings. Not a touch on the control corona can give you.
voip is ok for companies where enployees don't leave the premises and dont go overseas. Break these rules and welcome to coronas market.
