Sorry but not an acceptable response. The 'number' was included in a price senstive public announcement outlining the terms and included the word must. There may be any number if potential suitors that would be prevented from discussion while within the window, and to now trivialize that window undermines the process. The wording must legally implies a forfeiture or otherwise process at the point the window expires. However Glyn's response trivializes that in addition. Further as this was as mentioned a price senstive announcement, Obj is legally obliged to issue an announcement at conclusion of the window period detailing the outcome. Have any other posters that actually receive responses from Glyn, raised similar concerns - would be interested to corroborate. Especially when Glyn to date usually responds with 'a wait for a public announcement' approach, however in this case, the question and issue are 100% in the public domain, yet chooses to respond with '90 days is just a number' ????!!
