Ultimategold you speak as though you are privy to information that no one else has that is not a good perspective from which to cast aspersions. We have had absolutely NO communication from FAS whatsoever and this in itself is both arrogant and divisive. They have had our hard earned money paying their wages and funding their "attempts" to rectify the situation for 2 solid years of course people aren't going to sit by and patiently wait for an outcome without any direction. In what other context would you give someone a ton of your money and then tolerate no communication for 2 years; albeit cryptic ridiculous messages that say nothing. All investors want is an announcement or communication that states what is going on if a statement would affect a potential investor's decision then say that! But say something no communication is only breeding ill will and bad sentiment. As stated all that is happening is that investors are deprecating the company and of course that's not healthy if there is an investor but how savvy are these people if they think a lack of communication will curb the tide of anger. They're Dickensian in both their approach and their lack of respect for the investors that shape the company.

I wasn't questioning his integrity, i was simply stating that i thought it best to wait for the outcome which ever way that may go and that by doing what he was doing may interfere with any sort of negotiations which i only hope are going on. I'm certainly not privy to any information although i look every day to see if there has been any sort of update. As i have said in other posts , i'm optimistic because it helps me deal with the anxiety of it all better. I wish us all the best of luck and hope we hear something soon and please let it be good news.
