Well seems everyone is having a guess at what is going on, I will put my 32c worth in.
I think Avq have finally said lets be proactive and start drilling on San Jorge like many of us have been saying to do instead of waiting for SI govt and their great timelines.
Also while doing this drilling they will try and get finalised the feasibility study for San Jorge
In the meantime with cash left over RM may top up his bank balance and put on a big full moon party with a smorgasbord of all you can sniff drugs for all the locals and invite CYRIIIIIL over for some spear fishing.
Rm will then sit on the beach burning 100 dollar notes to keep the fire going while reading HC and laughing at the people who complain about being sucked in and blaming everyone else for their own crap investment strategies.
