Well, client attrition was very high too. "Using" is a very loose term. You don't know for certain how many of those clients are just trialing/piloting, and who is on what package, and how long they have signed on for. It can all fold very quickly. The platform has not proved that it works.
These are areas that the company has done a very poor job of keeping shareholders informed up to now. If you know something more concrete, please share.The p
