At $1 per share they are valuing the company at over $500 million. After this raise there is 325 million share on issue PLUS over 170 million options that would be well in the money.

Managements and the magic circle have a 13 bagger at 75 cents so they unlike average shareholders don't need it to go to $5 or anything unrealistic they only need it to go to 75 cents which is probably more realistic on everything coming together for them. It's been engineered to change the goalposts for the big payday for some at a vastly reduced target price.

If EVERYONE was lined up for a 13 bagger at 75 cents then I could see some reasoning behind the punt but unfortunately only a very small group are.
