Not sure I see what all the fuss is here guys. This isn't anything out of the ordinary....we've all known something like this would be required to tide us over till SIG provide us the goods.
AVQ are moving ahead and some of you are complaining.....they are in a strong position and are looking to deliver.
No wonder they wanted to give time for people to think about what is going on here. By some of the reactions i've seen today, share holding isn't for you.
Let me clear a few things up for the panic merchants here:
1. Stock dilution occurs at this end of the market. Its not something you can magically get away from (in most cases)
2. Stock dilution doesn't mean your share value will decrease. In the short term, there may be a sell down to match the new level, which might be a sell down by $0.01 in this case......but long term we're talking about a company with a share price of what should be +$1 on SIG giving us what we deserve, and +$3 over the next few years. If you can't handle some dilution to manage cash flow whilst AVQ builds value then sell and get out of the game. You're going to lose so much with that attitude and its best to quit now.
3. AVQ is still a spec stock. We're confident that we will get what we need, but there is a chance that it won't happen. Focusing on this aspect (which will make AVQ the Disallowed we're hoping for) is more important then a CR @ $0.28 for a $3M 2-1 options excisable @ $0.40.......if that is what it is.
4. Its clear to
EVERYONE that there are some posters who come out of the woodwork to comment on
ANYTHING that can have a bad spin put on it. For the newbies, be aware of this behavior.
4a - If you're doing this because of some misplaced sense of duty, then thank you but honestly we're all adults here and can take accountability of our own decisions. Your comments are not adding value to the discussion.
