    I'm giving a reluctant TU to this announcement.

    Retiring some overhanging debt and getting some cash to ensure the most recent sales orders can be filled is good.

    Having to do that at a 30% discount to the current price ......?

    The cynic in me is wondering if there was any connection in setting the price at .07c and the 0.7c offered by purchasers from last October right through to April.
