re: to be taken over by psv A lot of people still under water at the TO price - really only people that have bought in the last month or so would make money. (float was 80c I remember).
I think things were so grim (short mine life, marginal cashflow) this was felt to about the only option - a bit like the Tritton story earlier in the year.
