Some of the content it self was strong, for example... "Now focussed on pre-development, including project optimisation strategies". The previous focus had been on obtaining finance.
The anticipation of spending $750K on development could well be underpinned with a degree of confidence (approaching certainty) that finance will be approved.
It is also good to see a map with Rail, Road, and Power Transmission services marked out. Pre-development works could entail forward planning for inbound logistics.
RE Sojitz: the word "complete" has a specific legal meaning, namely signing and exchanging documents to give affect to a contract. The words used by Andrew Spinks today were "In the process of completing a third offtake agreement...". The previous language engaged by Robert Hodby on May 31 was "preparing to finalise a binding sales contract".
There is more than just tone I think.
