@smallbear, I think this is a point being missed by a few……100% ownership of future commissions ($4.2mn FY16)
House & Land packages should add more commissions we would expect, and the thing I like about this sector (having being previously in RE sales) is settlement for these sales could be significantly quicker than large Multi-story apartment project's, so really looking forward to seeing the growth trajectory of this part of business.
Also I like how far we are below the 180MA…..as unless there is a fundamental reason for this sell-off, price usually reverts to the 'Mean' and will usually overshoot into 'overbought' territory before re-tracing.
The thing I like about the Capital structure of this company is there don't appear (according to last 3B) to be many/if any cheap unlisted options or performance shares hanging over this SP.
I consider 1.1/1.2 were fortuitous buy's for those that were quick IMO……will be interesting to see how long the ask is still at 1.3.
