She listed at 25c in mid July and is now 90c after climbing from 35c a month ago. You need to check the company, management, corporate details, maps and grades to make up your own mind. If this was AGS, you'd be having 400 posts a day on her. There are few shares to buy on market. When the nickel come out... LOL.
I believe what is nearly always a good play is a tightly held resource stock within the initial register (small free float), an already proven resource, small market cap, proven management, the oversubscription of an IPO, a well detailed drilling campaign, cash and a stock trading in an upward channel.
It can be the perfect storm and are not always easy to find as many micro IPOs do not look after their s/holder, regarding the intiative necessary to prove up a resource; but when you have the major s/holder being the Principal Director (Carr has 10 mill)....she usually looks after herself.
