Does this mean that NXR has to provide a submission to be resisted?

Board determines to relinquish stake....no details of how or any return...assume they will give to someone for free. New director?
This appears at least a year from development as the new techs's company stated they need lots of refinement.

Nothing new except maybe a warning re relist.
