If UNS is down to 140 employees and averaging the compensation based on the 4C from last year would probably give them a staffing cost of $3.4MM per quarter. Would take their OP-EX down to $6.2MM per quarter.

As for CAP-EX they had $8MM for "Physical non current assets" or plant and equipment and $5.1MM in "Other Working Capital" which could be the purchase of inventory or it could also be for many different things.

Remember that this report does not show accounts receivable and in some instances AR might not be received to upwards of 60 days.
