C'mon Raven. "The company is in negotiations with Timis...". What a joke. They wrote this off in the books last year. To put it in plain English it means 'Frank & I have a good laugh about how easy it was to get the money every time we get together for a cognac".
There was obviously no arrangement to secure this money put in place. IMO the directors should be examined by the ASIC for breach of their duty to SHers.
