This float is not like the first two. It is the first time that 'a' or 'one' market player can seize hold of the control of the organisation. It is a 'gold mine' for some of these large funds to obtain. Expect a bidding war after the initial retail sell off. Why is itthe share price has not drifted downwards on the news last month that the govt were selling off? Because quiet accumulation has been occuring.
