Thanks for the information, interesting reading seems a little complex. The way I understand it could work is via the proxy votes. Count the votes first 75%+ in favour of yes then that is satisfied. Count the individual voters on the day either in person or proxy, 50% achieved then second requirement met. Successful outcome for the rules. Then finally decide if it is a YES or NO to the takeover

I have not come across these two rules working in harmony before
