Igor Sechin held a working visit to Cuba

Rosneft CEO Igor Sechin met Vice president of the Council of Ministers of the Cuba Republic Ricardo Cabrisas Ruiz during his business trip to Cuba. Cuban Minister of Energy and Mining Alfredo Lopez and General Director of Union Cuba Petroleo (CUPET) Juan Torres Naranjo also took part in the meeting.
Igor Sechin congratulated Ricardo Cabrisas Ruiz with one of the main holidays in Cuba - Day of the National Rebellion and noted the importance of cooperation in the energy sector between the two counties.
During the meeting the parties discussed the implementation of Rosneft and Cupet joint projects including cooperation for the enhanced oil recovery at the Cuban brownfields.
