Isn't the point of a SPP to reward the holders directly as opposed to placement to institutions who line their own pockets at the expense of the existing registry....?

As to what happens after a SPP is completed.... Don't shares get traded eventually anyways....? IF a capital raising is needed I would imaging it would be nigh on impossible to stop new investors grabbing shares AND the register would be diluted anyways as a result regardless....

I, for one, would like the opportunity to participate in the future of this company!!!! And given the way the options were issued, isn't that a precedent as to how this company 'rewards' its shareholders....?

Anyhoo.... I guess it's a moot point until the company determines just how to fund the plant and tells us!!!
