I would agree that this question needs answering. I read the numbers as 40 trials IN ADDITION to the existing 18-20 in 2015.
The really big question that we probably both want answered is what sort of customers were lost. Do I care if customers from Pakistan were lost? Not really as they are known tyre kickers. However if one of the big US or European customers was not converted to sales I would want to know. If customers are still testing then they are a qualified Opportunity and should stay in the pipeline.
I understand that AJX must be a bit cagey about the exact numbers as they have some very big competitors, but some idea of the sales pipeline stages would be good, i.e. Lead (not interested), Opportunity, Qualified Oppo (testing product), Sale (purchased Product), Payment (paid for Product).
