agree it would not be surprising to see a counter offer. this company also has tech that can help if clubs and pubs need to do more to demonstrate addressing the player welfare issue. which is one reason why i think federal group jumped on board. in the current and future political climate there might be deals needing to be done with xenophon et.al., this could see a renewed focus on player welfare. itq has a headstart there with really good player management systems.

the player welfare issue will increasingly be a focus in international jurisdictions in the future, australia wont be the only country concerned with problem gambling. so the tech could lead to growth there too. not to claim any particular foresight, as it was easy to see, but i have posted before about possible takeover bid. i would think there might be another bid and therefore am still calling it a buy. at least it's pretty hard to do your dough from here anyway!

ps veecat it does look cheap on p/e, not sure why you are of the view it is not cheap?

but we can all agree......cmon the spaniards and their inquisiton acquisition, lets see your ammunition!
