Had a question around Orion Asset Management/Trilogy. I may be stating what everyone else knows, but did you know that (the alleged) Insider Trader Oliver Curtis was purchasing shares prior to Orion Asset Management acquiring in the market? Alleged co-conspirator (he admitted guilt) was providing information to Curtis to buy certain equities on ASX.
Is this why there is a big cloud hanging over the stock? Or was the restructure cleanse of 2013 enough to get rid of perpetrators and hold staff more accountable. The event took place between May 2007 and June 2008.
My main question is why isn't Orion/Trilogy reported in the FUM. In the 2015 Annual Report Orion had $5.3 Billion in FUM. This seems to be a large amount of FUM.
