When I directly asked DW to show me on the map where the sweet spot is, he simply said 'all of it is the sweet spot. we have oil under pretty much the whole area'. He re-iterated the $39 p/b and when I asked for the disparity on COP over the acerage, he said it varied only a couple of dollars from one side to the other. Costs of making roads towards pipeline are very menial.
He is confident the ceramic proppant (vitro... something - I even asked him twice and just cant for the life of me seem to remember it) can fracture the rock to open fissures more effectively and allow the soft rock not to shatter but break without fines contaminating the resource. They are doing everything they can to minimise likelihood of a 'duster'.
