Filling the coffers for their beneficiaries perhaps? Seems like they either have immense faith in the Recce antibiotic, or are hoping for a buyout/takeover for an enormous retirement party?
Have these in the drawer for the long, and longer term....looking at accumulating at intervals when the price is right, and their clinical trials proceed positively.
