@rocket973 you may know, what's it take (% of ownership) to get an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) up? And if an EGM is called, is there some ASX, ASIC or Company rules/laws that minority shareholders can call on to get some sort of representation on the Board or at the very least get some independent Directors put in place?
