I think these speculative propositions are likely to be realistic otherwise what is the explanation for Cottee clawing the tenure back from STO and now talking it up?

A possible downside is that fraccing might be required and there is a certainty of a fraccing ban in the NT after mid August. Even so, Cottee would have been aware of that when he spoke at Noosa. To me that suggests that he believes he has located the natural fracture network!!!!
